This week our sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps! They gave us images so we could create something based on this gorgeous picture!! I chose to use Ava Swing. I colored her and her cat friend with copics. I used papers from the Summer Days stack by DCWV. Added flowers from I Am Roses and WOC and some yellow pearls from Michaels. I used chalk to color in the background. I made some clouds but it looks kind of hard to see in the pic. I hope this gave you some inspiration for the week and can't wait to see what you create! Thanks for stopping by!

Celebrate Friendship

Good morning! I have not had such a wonderful morning. :'(  I've been trying all morning to get my internet to work correctly. Every time I went to upload my picture, my internet shut down. Ggrrrrr....   So after six phone calls and about 100 hairs torn out later, I finally left Internet Explorer and tried Chrome. We would love to see your creations about Friendship. I used the cute Booboo again. :) This image is called Time for Tea Booboo. I added the circular Friendship sentiment on the inside. I used copics to color this cutie and added some distressing ink. Dis-stress.......that sounds nice! HAHA! I added lace around the image, a doily die cut, flowers from I Am Roses and WOC, and a real tea bag that I added designer paper to. The paper is from The Garden Tea Party stack from DCWV. Butterfly Garden

Good morning all! Today Crafty Sentiments has a new challenge for you! :) This week we want you to use

I chose the super cute stamp Butterflies and Flowers. I thought I would try to make a butterfly garden for her scenery. I used Die-namics woodgrain fence die, ribbon from 3GirlJam, flowers from WOC and Michaels, cheese cloth, and flower and ladybug buttons. I colored her with copics and distressed all the edges. Watch Out!

I bet you are all wondering what in the world this card is about! :) I made this card for my oldest daughter who turns 16 in 11 days! I know the image is a boy, but I think she'll get the point. :) She is still really nervous about driving and is afraid of hitting, well.....everything, so I thought this would make her laugh. The license plate at the bottom is totally what she would say if she hit a tree or started a fire! :) I'm really not sure if I should be laughing or crying.....however, I know that she will be a fine driver. I used the You Passed Set from Digital Delights for the super fun challenge this week at Delightful Challenges! We want you to play

I used the top row of Buttons, Dimension and Pattern Paper. So just make three in a row and come over and join us this week! I also used the images Circular Tree Background, Ouch Lili, Baseball Cap Bear Topper and Fireman Peyton! I used my copics to color all of them. Poor Lili got mawled by Taylor, baseball cap bear is hiding from her and Fireman Peyton has to put out the fire she started by hitting something. :) I hope this card made you laugh or maybe smile! We would love to see animal themed creations this week. We had an amazing sponsor this week give us some images from her shop. I am using Hip Hippo Ray from Care 2 Stamp! I have ordered from Kim before and let me tell you, she is a sweetheart! I used my copics to color this cute hippo. I used a corner punch I received at Christmas from a swap I was in. I added banners from Digital Delights and used chalk to add some color to it. I found some ribbon in my stash that matched perfectly so I had to add it also! :)

Hello everyone! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today I'm so excited to show you a card I made for being chosen as Lexi's Creations special guest spot! I got to choose one of their awesome images. I chose the super cool Roxi. She just looked like so much fun to create with!  So this week we want to see

Black and White and one more color!

 

I colored Roxi with my copics. I painted a bottle cap and then sandpapered it. I printed the sentiment from Word and sealed it with a clear circular sticker thingy. :) I added I Am Roses flowers, pearls from Michael's, and a recycled buckle that I added liquid pearls too. I distressed the edges and added some white ribbon. I hope you enjoy my card and jump into all the fun at Lexi's Creations!

So dig down deep in those drawers and grab those items that you hoard!! I tend to hoard my flowers and this paper stack. This paper is from the Ciao Bella Stack from DCWV. This was my first try at a step card and I think I'll be making more of these! I colored Rosie with my copics and cut out the scalloped edge, floral edging, and flowers in the flower bed with my cricut. I paper pieced the flowers in the flower bed. Sweet Treat

Good morning all! I've been enjoying some very nice weather the last couple of days! I hope you have been as well. We have an awesome new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments! We want you to Use a Sentiment. I used the fabulous stamp Annabel - Sweet Treat with a sentiment from the Spring Sentiment Digi set. I colored Annabel and her cute wagon with my copics and embossed the background with clouds. I shaded the ground and sky with chalk. The papers are from the Girlhood stack from DCWV. The butterflies are cut from Die-namics butterfly die cut and distressed with ink. The flowers are from I Am Roses, Wild Orchid Crafts, and JoAnn's. I had a strip of yellow ribbon lying around so I started playing around with it. I tried rolling it up and added a pearl inside and ended up really liking how it looked. So it is also included on my card. :) I added some yellow, white and pink pearls. I got an ice cream charm from JoAnn's and thought it would go well with this sweet treat card! Today is Digital Delights New Release! We have all been playing around with and creating this week with Wendy's really cool new images! Today is also a new challenge at Delightful Challenges! This week we would like you to add Ribbon. :) For my card I used Karate Kevin with the sentiment from the Keeping in Touch Sentiment set. I colored Kevin with my copics, cut the shape behind him with my cricut, embossed the white background, and printed the sentiment on woodgrain paper.
